Corporate Hire
The venue has been utilised by brands such as Apple, Microsoft, Sony, Topshop, Bacardi and more. The complex of versatile spaces can be tailored to suit a wide range of events; from large multi-room brand & product launches to single room conferences and seminars.
The venue features state of the art audio / visual equipment and is fully networked via wifi and ethernet. We can source a wide range of production, furniture & decor and work with a number of external catering companies and street food vendors. We also offer a complete event planning service.
We are well placed next to major transport links such as Moor St & New St train stations, 2 minute walk from the Bullring and have adjacent car parking facilities for over 300 cars.
Filming Hire
The venue has been used for a number of music videos and studio productions. The raw nature of our internal and external aesthetics make it a popular warehouse style location for BBC & Channel 4 productions. The venue is available on an hourly and daily rate to suit a wide range of photography requirements.
